• Proforma invoice for the vehicle (in joint names of applicant & Leasafric)
• Completed application form
• Proof of regular source of income (pay slips, appointment letters etc.)
• Copy of utility bill
• Photocopy of drivers licence
• Six months bank statement (particularly where salary is paid into)
• Two passport size pictures of applicant
• Letter from employers authenticating employment and salary
• Employer’s Consent and Recommendation
• Processing fee of GH¢30 (Non-Refundable)
• Facility fee of 2% of the total cost of equipment

NB: Any false representations or concealment of relevant facts may lead to the termination of any lease granted.
