• Board of Directors
• Profile of key management staff
• Shareholding structure
• Market for product/service – level of competition
• Names and address of Auditors, Lawyers and Bankers
- Processing fee of GH¢30 (Non-Refundable)
- Facility fee of 2% of the total cost of equipment
- Copy of certificate of incorporation and commencement of business
Letter of guarantee from authorised executive committing company to keep up payment through the rental period (format inclusive of application form)
- Resolution of the Board of Directors
- Company’s physical location & Number of years at the location
- Does the company own the premises? If no, please state name and address of landlord
- Any other supporting documents confirming regular income / contracts
